I can't remember if I used stable or seafoam last march on all of my 3 sleds when I put them away for the summer.
I have never had problems with dirty carbs on any of my machines. For some reason my vector would not run right this fall, even though I drain the gas tank as much as possible & put fresh fuel in it. I cleaned the carbs & they were dirty. I ran the machine after that & it seemed to run fine.(no bog or missing) About 2 weeks later started it back up & it would not run right. Went through the process of cleaning carbs again
& they were dirty again. Ran fine after that & after a week or so I started it back up & it would not run right. At that point I gave up. What to do.

Sounds like you have some junk in the fuel tank???? What procedure are you using when cleaning the carbs?

Add a couple of inline fuel filters right before the fuel pumps

I would add the filters and maybe even drain the tank and take a look inside to see if you've got some junk in there. Notsure how well you'll be able to see but worse case just flush it out and start over.

Sounds like contaminated fuel... either from last season or what you put in recently. Like the others said in line filters.
Many small engine and motorcycle shops in our area are reporting "never before" problems like this and blame it on the new blends of fuel we are getting now days. (Ethanol)
