Disconnecting Spark Plug Caps on Attak

I took the 10mm bolt out of the cap on the Attak and it seems like they are really tight. Is there a trick to get these things off so I can change my spark plugs??

Take off the wire harness and twist and pull. They are very tight but if you have the bolt removed they will come off

be sure to dialectric grease the inside of the caps when you install them

i used a small screwdrive to just pry very lightly as i turned and pulled just to start them and then they pull right off.
