Does anybody have a M-10 setup sheet???

Hello, I just discovered my M-10 book got wet and pages stuck together and I need to check the setup specs as I just put a new spring and rebuilt the shocks. Anybody have an electronic copy or scanned copy???

I'm 225 and it has a m-10 jack if someone could even look to see what the specs are. Need the x-over and preload

Is this what you are looking for? I do have an elctronic version of the pre-2000 manaul as well in case you need it. I have also attached a word doc that contains an M-10 setup article writen by the Mike Lehman - SnowTech Technical Consultant. Best setup article that I have read. The article also contains a setup spec chart. Have fun.

This is exactly what I was looking for, I guess my shock was shot and they did a total rebuild. So i know I will have to adjust the settings as I was cranking my jack up to stiffin things as well as the crossover to compensate for the shock.

If you could send the pre2000 manual it would be great as the suspension is a 96 but was updated in 2001 and fast told me that if it has 6 bolts on the couplers it needs the pre2000 manual. The article you sent is great

Thanks allot guys, I got 60km on my 3 day trip this week before my rear bottom spring retainer broke and took out my piggy back line. Brand new shock rebuild gone to waste!!! Anyway not one of these $20 retainers in Canada, Tried every polaris dealer to see if they had an M-10 and ended up having to order it from USA.

Talk about being pissed, I ended up coming home while the guys finished the trip.

Question, My M-10 is pre2001 and looking at some other M-10's at the hotel, the spring retainer looked allot thicker than the one on my M-10. Did they upgrade this part?? Any way my email if someone could send me the book is : leoanthony@ns.sympatico.ca
