Maybe come on down to good ole South Dakota! Temps have mostly been in the single digits to teens above zero.(farenheit) No January thaw in site.We have about 30" of snow with more in the forecast, only downside is that the wind has to blow about everyday.

Finally have a "Minnesota Winter" in Minnesota again, I can't remember this much snow in 5+ years.

I think of Canada as sooo far north, you guys would have snow 9 months a year! It's wierd hearing that when guys are riding around here. We had a good start in Wi, but the rain came, as usual, and ruined most of our good start. We do have a good base, but need snow, and thre's none in site!
I'd say for central Wi, this is an average year, so far, but it's week 2 in Jan, better pick-up soon!

Some years we are lucky and can snowmobile in October.
Most I ever remember was about 18" on Thanksgiving Day (Canadian Thanksgiving).
This year and last suck. Too much wind, blows all our snow away.

The Tug Hill Plateau in NY is even real thin! That's usually not the case this time of year.
Check out 1 small shop that has gas, glad I was getting around 18 MPG yesterday and made it easily to a "convienece" store paying $3.53 / gallon.
Need gas? Not here
Tug Hill, normally 2' of base (wearing to stones now)
Icey corners

Ha ... they were still on the golf course in St. John's during Christmas week.
No snow, no ice, no cold only RDF (rain / drizzle / fog) which is May weather - not January. 12 sleds in the shed .... more $ on gas for the car to buy parts & acc than gas for the sleds!!!
How about a group buy on golf carts September ... maybe then we'll get winter again.

Those Tug Hill pics look like ours do on average i'd say. Almost always some brown, working up in the center of the trails and in the corners.

I wish the weather would return to normal ! spent 2 grand in my nitrous set-up and cant even use it . But for those gas prices . I pay $1.23 for a liter of 87 octane. converted to gallons thats $4.55 a gallon!

No snow here either bud. Our average annual is 16', we'd be lucky to have 16" but we don't even have that. Americans get their gas soooo cheap its ridiculous. Make no wonder they all drive monster trucks with V10's in them.yzman said:I wish the weather would return to normal ! spent 2 grand in my nitrous set-up and cant even use it .
