Any One tried the drag n flys with a little more top end gearing?

So with 135 hp how else do you get more than 97 mph gps with one of these? I would think drag and flys and more gearing would be the set-up. My friend did a 1" hacksaw with 10 tooth drivers and gained nothing on top.

I tried insanely to get more top end. Some just have better top end then others. My 08 had wicked 0-80 but thats it...no matter what i tried.
I tried stock/exhaust/exhaust & filters/ gearing/ every clutching combo i knew.
My xtx just kills it from 40 mph & up with 1/2 the mods.

Turk, you mentioned before that shift rpm out of the hole should be 8000ish ending up about 8800rpm @ full shift. Is this true with all clutching setups?

If you want to dragrace this is gonna give you best performance on a non-studded sled. Backshift will suck in powder tho.

Why would studs matter?

You want higher initial starting rpm,s with studs.
