draining coolant

How and where do you drain the coolant from? I have a new phazer fx and have had nothing but overheating problems. After reading many posts here about changing the coolant I have decided to do just that. Unfortunately the owners manual doesn't really tell you squat about how to do certain things. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.
