Is there a special tool to remove that shallow nut off the top gear? What a pain in the a##!! I had a socket that was just deep enough to remove the nut off of an '03 Rx but the top jackshaft is longer on my '05 and I found I have to use a crescent wrench, definately not what yammie techs are using I would'nt think.

jack shaft
the longer lenth for the 05 mite have some thing to do with the chain case cover and brake change on the 05. ie smaller brake roter, differnt calper, and ti cover on the chain case.
