Standard procedure in motocross racing. Sometimes the stickers are changed between every single race, always with WD40.

You may have to use a plastic Renew kit that can be found pretty much anywhere. I restored a 6 year old z400 quad with it for a friend. Takes fine sandpaper and sands it down, and got this polish that shines it up... I think it came from Royal Distributing. Check it out online.

What I have done in the past with my Nytro and my quads, I use mineral spirits. I have had good luck. Make sure its clean though and use a microfiber cloth.

What can I try to bring back the shine, any help would be great!! thanks
I did exactly the same thing right down to the goo gone and I too have that dull finish where the warning sticker was. I'd love to know how to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A tip for the future, I use WD40 to remove sticker goo. It works like a charm and doesn't hurt the plastic. Just be sure to use a soft clean clean towel. If you drop the towel, get a new one. Any dirt or grit on towel will scratch the finish.
