Dumb question but how to tell if a code has been triggered

I know I know but can't find my manual will a code appear when you start the sled near the odometer or do you have to search thru the DI Thanks and sorry for the dumb question

If there is a fault it will be visible on the pod and will not leave until fixed.

Thanks Kitchen thats what I thought just wanted for piece of mind after my problems with my PC3 and such put it back for now to stock going riding this weekend will see how the 2 speeds do on the trail. Thanks again dude and talk soon
