We just finished the install of an mpi stge 2 sc on an 06 attak. I am using the dynojet set up for fuel, ignition, and air/fuel monitoring with a wideband commander. The sled started and unfortunately the wideband was not providing the a/f ratio. We went through the wiring and connections and with the help of dynojet's tech support trouble shot the system. We provided key-on power from the key switch harness. We soldered our connections for low resistance splicing. Through much head scratching we found that the 12volts provided at the key switch would not provide enough power for the O2 to operate properly, though the meter read 12.8 volts. Once we connected the wb commander directly to the battery it worked properly. I installed a 40amp relay and a fuse block controlled by the wire we used at the key switch originally. I will now use this fuse block to provide power to all of my key-on accessories. I purchased the relay and fuse block at an automotive parts store. Though it works I am not satisfied with the integrity of the components so I am searching for some water-tight marine electrical components. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I also do not know if the power problem is exclusive to my sled or this is common for that point in the harness.

You need to get your power from somewhere other than the key switch. I usually draw from either the red/white or brown/white wire in the "rubber glove" where all the connections come into from the handle bars. The 12 volt signal at the key switch varies when the sled is running and it will not power any 12 volt accessories.
