Eagle River and UP - Dec 27-Jan 4th

Guys,
I'm looking for people that would like to go riding as I'll be solo on this trip for the most part. I'm not a drinker, so I typically don't stop too often and I like to put on about 200 miles a day. Let me know if anyone else is going to be in the area that would want to meet up and ride.

How are the trails over that way? Ive been riding around my area and the trails are ok but there not very many people riding here. I think ive passed 4 sleds in 200 miles. Are the trails in the UP open? Shane

Haven't been up there yet, it looks like the UP is decent more to the east.

i'll check the conditions of the trails & report back. i'm going out today around eagle river area.

not many sleds seen just from going into town, but the groomers were out on friday. plus its sorta snowing now.
have no idea what the up is like

trails are poor around phelps/land o lakes area. i was riding thru brush at times. lot of rocks & grass patches.

best to go south to where they got hit or just straight to the u.p.

i'd tag along with you if i don't have to plow on weekend. got to work thurs & friday tho.
(i got same riding style as you, it'd be nice to go ride)

I have about 300 miles on here. I really cant complain about the trail conditions. Although they are not great I would say good to very good and no one is riding. We put on 100 miles yesterday and saw 5 sleds. If anyone wants to come this way let me know. I cant promise perfect trails but are rideable. 920-420-6577 Shane
