ECP kit with a weird drain

Has anyone ever seen a ECP kit with a electric drain, it has a drain with a metal end and has three wires, black (ground), red (power) and a yellow (unknown), does anyone know how to hook that up or has seen something like that, I am kinda wondering if it is a heated drain maybe, thanks for your info guys

I will try to get some, but all it looks like is the black hose with the end to put a drain tube on and three wires

some people had problems with the PCV/drain freezing up, may be a home mod to fix.
