In case none of you saw this. Amsnow did a cool artice on a buds OSP sled. The sled turned out beautiful and I cant imagine how this thing will go when they decide to set it on kill.
Article Here:
Ed Miller and his team went 139.7mph in 750 feet on this Yamaha powered sled with Cat hood and side panels. The 1000cc turbo has a 144-inch Wahl suspension and tunnel, Stud Boy/Woodys traction, runs on V.P. 116 race fuel, and has plenty of billet to catch your eye.
Each year, one of the fastest and most fun local snowmobile events in the Northwoods of Wisconsin is Cruiserfest in Minocqua. This year, the 'run-what-you-brung' snowmobile ice drag event was nearly cancelled due to extremely warm weather just five days before the races were to happen. Mother nature and the hard-working volunteers at the event turned things around though and the event went off without a hitch. This year the Minocqua Cruiser's snowmobile club donated $250 to the winner of the races and Jeff Weisman of Minocqua Yamaha also donated $250 to the winner.
The AmSnow crew stopped by Cruiserfest after doing some riding up in the Keweenau penninsula in Michigan's Upper Penninsula to catch some of the ice-drag action. Turbo Yamaha motors were the talk of the event as both the two fastest sleds had Yamaha motors cranking under hood. The fastest sled of the day was this custom job owned by Ed Miller and Tim Deppe. This Arctic Cat looking machine was built by One Stop Performance in Howell, Michigan painted by Paragon Customs and the snowmobile is actually powered by a 1000cc turboed Yamaha engine. Ed talked to us after his driver (Jason Miller) took his runs and told us Jason went 139.7mph in 750ft , but that there's even more performance left in this sled. Ed also said that Jack Henricks of Henricks Motorsports helped out tremendously in getting him and his crew started in the sport.

Ed ended up running 159 yesterday in 1000 ft. These guys are just getting started with this sled. Can wait to see them crank it up. Should be in top tune by Weenie Roast.
That is awesome!

JK, Sled looks awesome. Would love to come up with a sweet custom 1-off theme for my Viper hood.
