Engine sputter???

Hey guys looking for some help I put Ulmer performance package in my 07 arex er and hauck loud exhalst silencer prob I am having is a mid range to high sputter for just a split second then gone and the sled takes right off to 10600 rpm and pulls hard would somehow like to get rid of the sputter .. Was wondering if the mapping in the pc111 needs to be adjusted or maybe something elese ? I've checked intake connections all is good... Any one elese ever have an issue like this? Does it hurt to keep running the sled this way?

Did ulmer know that you had a hauck exhaust? I would say that it is lean on the bottom end. A change in mapping should do the trick. Contact allen, and tell him ALL of your mods, and I bet he will fix you up.

Thought I would add that it dosent do it all the time but probley 85% of the time if you gradually easy into the throttle it dosent do it at all boy if you got to half throttle fast it does it and from half to wot once in a while

He new about the exhaust .. I've tryed contacting him since mid last week with no luck just answering machine maybe they off for christmas

It could be in your clutching, had about the same issue with a aftermarket kit on my 08 boosted apex. I end up going with a Hartmann kit in the end.
