I have a 2006 apex er and removed my riser to go back to stock and code 84 and 15 came up after a bite of riding. I bypased tors and still have code 15 flashing not all the time but here and there. is the throttle cable out of adjustment? I tried adjusting it to specs but with little sucess. Any ideas not sure if I was doing it right.

You may want to consider removing the TORS bypass and adjusting the throttle cable so that it and TORS works correctly. TORS is a safety feature.
I would also double check all E-connections that may have been disturbed while performing the riser removal work. I suspect that once you have the throttle cable adjusted correctly and all connections made up correctly, both codes will clear.

ok what is the best way to check the adjustment? in the manual it shows 2mil free play on throttle lever to the handle bar mount.
