Error code 15

When I turn on the key I get error code 15, as soon as I start it it goes away. Anybody know what this code is?

i used to get it alot and since i have unhooked my tors i have never seen it in 800 miles

Yeah I changed throttle cable the other day and I have it a little too tight I think, because it started only after I did that. Just have to readjust it, no big deal.
