ever have you oil light come on a steep grade

ever have you oil light come on a steep grade. I have had this happen a couple times, both time I was stuck and had the sled at idle when I was digging out. The first time sled was tilted to the left side and as soon as you get it level it goes out. The second time was up a steep hill. I am thinking the oil in the tank is just getting away from the sending unit. But how does that work is the enging still getting oil. I turned it off Just incase. I am just want to make sure it could not hurt anything. I have never had this before , but this is the first time we had these 10 foot driffts.

This happens to me alot too. It doesn't seem to hurt a thing. It is caused because the oil is away from the sender in the tank. After I dig myself out, I will let the engine set at idel for a minute or 2 before I take off.

Happen to me lately,oil level was on E mark,this will cause it.Gave it an oil change a few days ago and no light on yet, even in boondocking country. .
