You might have an air lock in the cooling system .I have had this happen to me .There is a bleed hole at the top of the heat exchanger at the back .
You will have to remove the black trim to get to it . 4 10mm bolts inside the tunnel .I usually take the bolt out with it running on a stand . Air comes out right away .

well i took it to the yami dealer today. and he plugged in a new oil sensor from a new venture and the light went off. so we are gonna try a new sensor. hopefully that will take care of it. Ill make sure i make post again when i get the part. Thanks for all the help!

finally put the new sensor in it today... light was on with the old sensor. changed it and the light went out. ripped it around the yard a little bit and it never came back on. seems like it solved the problem to me!
