I think so. I used up A 2014 800 pro R polaris that was stock. got him out of the hole and A sled length all the way till 80 or so when we had to brake for length constrictions. I never had it on the dyno,but it was quick for sure. Maybe Canondale knows for sure,he is A viper Guru to be sure.

I never had mine on Dyno but my 800 Cat is 155hp and all stock except for clutching. It is on average 5 mph faster than my Viper same place same day so I would say the Viper is between 145-150 hp with my mods.

I checked on EVO site and the flash is no longer available. You may want to call them to see if they are going to offer the flash again in the future.

Sounds like evo might try to get the unit that does the flashes fixed if it doesn't get to expensive is what they told me a few weeks ago. I hope they do, I put it off in the spring and was ready to have it done. Now I have wait on airbox mod and hope they get it fixed
