Darth Nytro
I can't seem to leave this sled alone. I made the mistake of trying a friend's sled with the OFT relocator and Scotty's Sled Shed seat mod (+2.5"). With these mods I noticed it was harder to read the gauge.
Our steering columns looked like chimneys after hard riding and I noticed a lot of moisture trapped under my bud's see though hood. So I started the justification process.
I have back issues so I need a higher seat, the handlebars need to be higher with the higher seat. Now you can't see the gauge and a lot of heat and moisture are getting trapped under the hood. Oh yea... and white is a b-tch to keep clean and I never really liked the white hood anyways. You get the picture.
Well needless to say, that Monday after the ride I started making some calls. In that process I also got talked into why I need a skid plate too. When all said and done I got really eager to receive the Roest skid plate, gauge relocator and upper vent, Oft relocater, Scotty's seat and a painted hood.
I was really happy with the quality of all the parts. Everything came together really well and I felt it kept the factory fit and finish. Here are a few pics of the mods:

x2 and I would of put on a pair of black skis... The grey is killing it...
I am working on the arms but, after field testing I have concluded that the grey skis are by far the most efficient.

They maybe efficient, just not a fan of the color.
White skis look killer on black sleds! I'm not a big fan of grey either but on Leekos sled they look good because or the grey in the graphic. Leeko, did you have to do much trimming for the BRTech vents, I'm going with the same one this season.
My bud has a black nytro with the white...they look nice. The only cutting done for the BR vents was the lower crescent vents. I just used an exacto knife. The top ones just rivet over the existing vents.

It looks sweet. I was torn between black and white or all black. After seeing yours I'm thinking all black, I may even powder coat the tunnel. Nice work!
PS- Not to thread jack but I just watched Tarzan's you-tube vid, you have to check that out. It makes me want a turbo.
