Looks good. How much were the Iceage rails. They look good and strong.
I love those BR Tech vents....do they come in pairs or are they sold individually?

I believe they are sold in pairs but check Br-tech, he may sell them separately.
They are $350 and $70 to anodize. The extra cross shafts are $25.

Thanks, are those ohlins in your skid?? Are they worth the $$$

I think they are worth the money. I have had great results with Ohlins on other sleds and I always wanted the 46mm bodies of these. The are both piggyback and have Hi-speed Compression , LSC and rebound adjustments
I put 200 miles on them last year and found that it not only rode better but were also more capable. I think you essentially widen the performance spectrum with these shocks...better in the chop, up to the bigger hits.
I am really looking forward to seeing how the fronts with the HyGear trail pro setup work in comparison. Last year the front shocks really paled in comparison to the Ohlins rear skid.

Definately a good, clean looking sled you have there! Nice job! Wish I had seen it before I ripped all my graphics off, would have copied removing only the red. The front bumper is killer also!

Just like Yamaha should have done it...!
Proper suspension and tunnel and rails strong enough for some serios fun...

Thanks for the comments.
I put 386 miles on the sled this past weekend. It is definitely a monster, very stable and the suspension begs to be pounded. The sled gave me a lot of confidence to ride faster. Although this scares me because I barrel rolled mine last year out of nowhere, where I least would have expected it.
I didn't notice a significant change in handling with the straight rails but I haven't ridden it with the tipped rails since last year. I have no complaints with the handling, but it steers a little heavy at slower speeds. Maybe this is the rails or suspension settings. The way the sled is setup it really doesn't like cruising, you have to push it to really appreciate the suspension/ handling. I am running a little more preload on the front springs than last year. Ross/ Hygear told me to preload fronts half of the distance between the tender spring spacers while on the stand. Last year I ran 5mm preload. I will play with shock settings next time I go up. The Hy-gear setup fronts can now keep up with the Ohlins rears. It feels very balanced.
I did run the Drag n Flys for the first time and they also felt pretty dialed. I was engaging 3800-4000, pulling 8830-8900 on top. The throttle response is awesome, it is so smooth it is deceiving fast, very easy to pop the front end for doubling moguls and clearing trail washouts. I felt connected to the throttle and sled.
I did run the sled against my 2001 SRX with long travel 136 and 1 3/8 track. The sleds were scary close in acceleration, although the seat of the pants feel of the SRX feels wilder/faster. Neither sled has much past 95mph on hard packed trails.
I am pretty stoked with the sled. I will play a little with settings, but I am close to being dialed in. Next season I want a higher seat.
