I finally got my sled broke-in and i want to change the exhaust. What I don't want is some loud, obnoxious sounding sled. I've heard sound bites of the excel and it has a nice tone, but sounds alittle loud. Can someone ( over the age of 21) give me an honest opinion if the Excel exhaust is too loud. I did notice on their web site that you can buy different baffels...so that could help. Thanks.

y do you email them and ask them if they can send you a sound bite. ore even just see what they have to say
I bought an Excell this year and it is definately louder. At low throttle its not to loud but progresively gets louder, I love the sound it gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. If you want the same sound level or less than don't bother getting a new exhaust, they are all less restrictive thus louder. Just my 2 cents

I find the new exhaust loud at certain rpms and not much different at others. The person riding behind you might not think the same. I find with the exhaust exit at the rear it isn't a big deal.
