I had very good luck with it on asphalt on my warrior. With clutching changes I picked up just under a tenth in the 1/4 mile.

I think the dyno numbers are very impressive. The Excell system produces over 148 HP from 10200 to 10800 RPM. The stock system had only one 148 HP reading at 10700 RPM. The Excell system produces more HP from 7300 RPM up to redline. There is as much as a 4 HP increase in some parts of the curve.

With these clutching changes and the stock exhaust, could you have gained that tenth? A tenth is peanuts, easily a fifth in 60ft, difference in a better launch.....

I agree, a tenth is only a sled length.

The clutching changes were to bring the rpms back down into the proper range. Was my clutching perfect before I put it on?....no, but it made a difference and helped my times. Talk to anyone else who is drag racing if you think a tenth is not much time. I ended the season at a 10.61, and only have heard of 1 sled that was close to that with stock airbox, stock motor, stock gearing, and pump gas.

no offense monker, tar is hard stuff!

But if you say that day you ran only LESS than 1/10th better, how does say (for example) 10.69, 10.61, 10.72,10.68 all substantiate an improvement?

A couple hundred RPM either way stock could have done that....

OK guys I didn't post this to be come a pissing match and the only reason I asked is because the sled I just bought has it on and I am not sure if I want to keep it or sell it, one thing is for sure it sounds SWEET :D but I prefer the look of the dual exhausts. A tenth is a huge differance at the track but it all depends on your 60' times. Monker if you compare your 60' times as the same and it went 1 tenth quicker thats awsome and proves its quiker. Did you pick up any mph?? And 10.61 on a stock motor with pump gas with the weight of the sled is very quick, congradulations
