Who has excessive free play in the handle bars and a remedy for correcting it ?
Free Play
I also have free play. I was going to check it out this summer when I change oil, plugs and tracks. If any one has a fix I would also be thankfull.

Waldo is right.. if you look at how complicated the steering is on the apex you will see why. I had free play since new, i took it back to the dealer and they replaced it all and now it's tight. he said he has seen that free play on all of the sleds he sold.

I noticed that my handlebars on one of my Apex's is not straight. The bars are like they are turned to the right. Is this a simple adjustment of the tie rod ends to bring the bars/steering back to straight.
I did not hit anything. Been that way since new, just never had the time to bring to the dealer. I assume poor set up.

Poor setup...but may be a bit hard to get perfectly straight if there's play in the bars. Look straight after setup, but won't know any different until you ride it. Mine are off a bit to the right too, so I'll adjust a bit over the summer.
