Throttle play

My xtx throttle has 1/2" free play in the cable. Seams excessive to me.

You want about 1mm between the throttle control housing and the throttle leaver.

It could kick in throttle override. Tighten it properly and see.

With that much play your probably only getting 3/4 throttle when it's squeezed to the bar. Should not affect idle.

the reflash may take care of your no idle/ surging idle problem

I find myself to the bar looking for power....adjusting it should give it to me! Can't wait.

That sled definitely needs to get to a qualified dealer/tech to be checked out before hitting the snow.
