Just installed new hyfax on 08 Nytro and have about 200 miles on them so far this year and they are already gone! They seem to be pretty good up by the front idler wheel but nothing in the back. Never owned a Nytro before this season so not sure what the wear is like on these sleds but this seems excessive. All parts are on skid and all the wheels are brand new.

Try adding scratchers to get lube up the sliders. It really helps.

most importantly trail conditions? what have you been riding in? how loose is the snow? if your running on what is basically ice your slides won't get lubricated or cooled.
scratchers will help a ton for hard pack and ifi were you i would look at a ski mounted option due to the short track of the nytro. if you mount on the rails most of the snow or ice sprayed will not flow into the tunnel or rear suspension area.

Add wheels on outside of rail in back . I put Polaris wheels with Polaris blocks , no more wear or you can put the excel wheel kit on it
