I've been searching for ever.(Can't ever find anything using search) For a post on changing exhaust donuts.I did it once before on my 04 Warrior and wanted a little refresher course before I tore into it.Got 6K the first time and now have 12K.Thanks

Thanks Mr sled , more then i was expecting.Nice write up love the pictures. Just ordered my donuts today.

Be careful with the 2 allen head screws that hold the head pipe to the tunnel. The heads strip way too easily. Soak them with some PB Blaster/Penetrator or heat them up. I put an allen wrench in that fit nice and tight, and as soon as i tried turning them, the heads stripped like butter. My sled only has about 2,100 miles on it. I had to pull out the torch, drill and grinding wheel.... Didn't turn out too pretty! ha! Good luck

I was able to drill the heads off on mine after I stripped it out.... but then the rest of it came out with a vicegrip lol..... ,
