hello guys last year the exhaust donuts went bad on my 06 attack I replaced them with copper ones After doing so I keep breaking the flanges on the head pipe I just broke my second one yesterday Am I doing something wrong or is there a proper way to install the clamps around the copper donuts? thanks
grind down the stops on the clamps a little bit so they clamp tight be sure the rest of the exhaust is secured properly and see abot the extra brace thatcame on the newer models.
also have you checked the tunnel rivits under the fuel tank? they have been known to come loose and cause exh problems. both our 04 and 05 war had that problem.
