Exhaust Leak on 2003 RX 1!!

Has anyone ran into an exhaust leak around the exhaust manifold (header) area? My sled has 4500 km. and it developed an exhaust leak yesturday. Just wondering if this is a common problem or if anyone has ran into the problem before I start tearing in to it to find the problem.

Another quick question is: Where should the oil be located on the dip stick above or below the F? If I fill it to the lines above the F, it will come back down to the top of the checkered area everytime I ride it. I was just wondering if I am overfilling it... It had a small amount of oil in the air box next to the PCV tube. Which would lead me to believe that I am overfilling it! Just don't want to run it low on oil.

Heres what was causing my exhaust leak.It really wasnt that loud either,could hear it comming from under sled.

Also a buddy of mine had an 03 his flex joint cracked.I guess they updated the flex joints twice on the 03,s.

Mine were bad too after this weekend's ride. Could here it vibrating. The donuts are $16 to $18.50 EACH depending on which dealer you call. Pretty expensive I thought. Hopefully they are in by friday. Otherwise the snow might be gone.....

The doughnuts are a little cheaper here in MI.cost me 43.00 and some change for the four of them.

Also when i put mine back on I took .020 off the collar that stops the exhaust clamps from tightening down any further in hopes to make the connection a little tighter and hopfully last longer.
