Exhaust size for Sc'd 240 hp sled

Hey guys,

My stock Ti exhaust is about ready to kick the bucket and I am looking at doing a full exhaust mod to pull a little more power and mpg out the system.

I am thinking of excel header pipes and then a bender exhaust silencer. The Bender I found cheap on ebay, it was warped and destroyed by studs so I welded a plate on it but I feel its too skinny now (see pict) I am thinking of replacing that pipe with a larger diameter oval shaped pipe, any thoughts on what size?

On my sled i'm going from double down pipe 2.5" to 2.5" all the way back to excell exhaust. Which is 2"

He's reasonable and quality. Made a really nice exhaust all high grade stainless for my buell cheaper than I could buy used. I'm all for the dyi but exhaust is an art in my opinion.
