Exit shocks nytro

Im installing a used set of zbroz a arms and exit shocks on my 08 nytro. How do you get the top shock bolts to line up? The shock body hits the the mounting tab on the sub frame. Looks like it might have been an issue for previous owner since shocks have slight gouging.
