extended warranty and snow check

I snow checked a XTX, the dealer told me i would get info in the mail on the 4 year warranty, it has been a couple of weeks and have received nothing on the warranty. Is this the way i normaly happens? The dealer said i would get a warranty card that looked like a credit card in the mail, is this correct?
Wondering if i should call and bug dealer or give it some time?

Did anybody get anything explaining the extended warranty when they picked up thier snow checked sled?

I didnt snow check but, I did but the extended warranty. I have not received the warranty card in the mail and I paid for it on September 24th. Maybe it takes a little while to receive the card. On the other hand I received the Haydays promotional check from Yamaha within two weeks!!

This is a good question that I will have to ask my dealer. I got the extended warranty on my Apex, but was never told about a card.

they told me i had the extended warranty but really dont have any proof, if i go to another dealer how would they know?

The bar code SN on your sled tells all. I had some YES paper on sled @ pick up & 5 years on my sled contract. Later Yamaha sent paperwork & card but never needed any warranty work in 2400 miles. It will happen in a while don't worry.
