Just looking for some ideas on carrying extra fuel on my apex 128. going to Quebec and don't wanna take any chances. Looked at Rotopax but not sure it will mount right on a 128. Anybody have pics of their setup?

I've run all over Quebec since '01 and have never had an issue with fuel. Since '06 on my Attak.
145 miles on a tank on my 06 attack. 107 on a tank on my 11 apex se. Some times that's is not enough gas. Right now I carry extra gas on the back of my wifes 12oo renegade.

i installed the apex rear rack and am going to use a klopin can strapped under my snow winch. lets me carry 1.5 gallons whitch is that much less to walk/be towed.
There is a company that makes a 10.1 US gal tank for the Nytro. It's called TrailTank (tel:503-318-3139 /email: http://www.trailtank.net/ )
Maybe if enough Apex owners call /email we can get them to design one for the Apex.

I agree in calling them. I spoke with them at Haydays and they were less than interested because they did not think there was a demand for them.

I've talked to them also. No demand when the apex is going way. So basically you are only gomg to use one of these, or maybe the doo caddie.

When did they announce the end of the Apex? I missed that. I guess. Rumors?
Of course rumors.... But with the anniversary sled coming out, and sales of Apex dropping it looks like the writing is on the wall. 2006-2015 is a long run....even with the improvements in 2011
