sled runs great everywhere but over a hill everybody drags on, its a rough hill most days and when I get into the whoops under boost it lays over big time. Looked for a boost leak but found none, am I going lean? fuel level was 3/4 tank. due I have a fuel pickup issue? Anu Ideas would be appreciated.
Also I have an autometer A/F on it thats not wired up. Any body know what wires go were off the O2 ? I have an idea but wanna make sure.
Thanks

First question is what machine??? Then what turbo kit?

Does it only do that when hitting the whoops hard? It very well could be the carb float needles are getting jarred, causing an over rich condition (float level too high).
I'd get that AFR hooked up. Might only need power to the red and the black is GND.

What is your fuel pressure set at? The higher it is, I'd think the more prone it will be to bumps...

In addition to what mbarryracing suggested. Does it still have the original clamp set up in the rear where the exhaust pipe connects to the turbo?

Full Power Performance has come up with a flex pipe set up. If you still have the original style, look and see if the pipe is slipping where it clamps. When the sled flexes you will get and inconsistant exhaust pressure to the turbo.

If you don t have the update float bowels get them .Mine did the same thing .Don t do it any more.

Ya only when im in the rough.
exhaust is mounted to the turbo with a three bolt flange.
I dont have the float bowl update.
How much fp should I have?

This only happends when you hit bumps ,right?Get the up date bolws and the sled is back to normal.

The colors you are describing sound like a heater circuit on the sensor...R u looking at the actual sensor itself, or the gauge? You don't wire the sensor, that gets wired to the gauge and the gauge controls it. EX: My AEM has a power and a grnd to the gauge, and then a harness goes to the sensor. Plus it has outputs for logging, etc

Float Bowls... I believe there were mountain styles from Yamaha, but for aftermarket (or both) call up any of the boosted shops that are sponsors on here and they should be able to help you with these.
AKA: Hurricane (Dave), Turboaddictionparts (Ted Jannetty), PowderLites, Ulmers, OSP, etc.
You could call Bender Racing to get a Yamaha OEM part, but not sure if they would have aftermarket bowls since they dissolved their own turbo business.

Fuel pressure should be set at 4-4.5 pounds static so iwith a 1-1 regulator should be about 14-14.5 pounds at12# boost.
