Fed up with stiff ride on 14 apex xtx!

Where is the rebound clicker on 2012 Apex XTX?? Rebound on my xtx has to be slowed down & I can't find a rebound clicker anywhere. Dealer told me only compression clicker & I took him at his word as cound not find another clicker. Where is that adjustment as could solve a lot of problems for me??????????? Maybe a screw head somewhere?

I'm not familiar with the XTX suspension. I was speculating that the clicker that coolio was adjusting was either rebound or compression.

I just re-read owners manual. There is only a compression clicker on xtx, no rebound adj.
Yeah I don't have a paper manual bought used but could not find a rebound clicker & would luv to have one to slow down rebound tune out kick. Not sure what to do other than custom rebuild of shocks to reduce kick?

I found the suspension to be very stiff in the stutter bumps and so so bad on the big bumps but I'm way heavier then you. I installed the Star kit and went from sled sitting part way down its travel and staying there to returning to top of the travel when I got off. It also sits a bit higher with my weight on it. With the kit I went from 2 or 3 on the compression clicker to 6 and I put the 5 position cam on and have that on the top position. With the now uncoupled skid it rides softer and does not beat me up in the stutters while still handling the bigger hits. Star uncouples and softens the ride. The XTX was designed to be pounded and it will do that well but I'm past that as well.

I have purchased a used set of softer nytro xtx springs and I'm going to try these along with hy-gear spacers and 4 position blocks first. I'll put this all together this fall and try it before I commit to the star kit. An un-coupled suspension makes me nervous. I just want it to ride as good as my warrior did then I'll be happy. Where did you find 5 position blocks by the way?

Uncoupled worried me a bit too but it works fine, has some quirks but the ride is worth a few adjustments in the skid and your driving style, last thing I ever want is my sled to ride like my warrior Pro-Action. Handle like is fine but ride never, that skid damn near broke my spine on more then one occasion and why I put the AD Boivin skid in. Now I would say the XTX with the Star rides closer to what my AD Boivin does. Star sells the 5 position blocks made from aluminum.
