few ?s for 07 venture

I bought a used 07 venture with 360 miles on it. My top speed is 92MPH is the normal?

Sometimes it is hard to shift into reverse, I have to give it a bit of throttle to move the machine forward an inch or 2 and then it will engage. Is this normal? 80% of the time it will shift fine.

as that is a 144" track, that might be all she has.

my reverse is the same so i think that it is normal.
