Final mileage tally for 2008/2009 Season...what ya guys do?

2665 miles for me this year, on 3 different sleds. Really good year.

I put on 1,550 which is just above average for me. G.B.

2700 miles on my RX1 and 100 miles on my Viper. Viper has 13,740 miles and RX1 has 9400 miles. Hondo told me I have about 30,000 left on the RX1, Hope so! Pretty good year here in Maine!

Only about 500 for me. My Mom died in November, put a huge damper on things this winter helping with Dad and all. Did have some fun though, and I even had a vintage ride at my place in February, which was a great time. Wig

Just a question to all of the members here on this post. Do you guys do alot of tral riding ??? Like groomed or not ??? Like just as an example, studdog went 5300 miles, around 8000 km or so. If my self or Yellowknife were to rack up that much miles a season up here in the north we would have to change our shocks a couple time per season I think. I only have 2400 kms on my 08 Phazer RTX but same as Yellowknife I still a month or two of riding yet so let the kms rack up I guess...

I will have to check for sure but I am guessing ~2600 miles all on the 06 APEX this year for a total of ~7300. I am a little disapointed because more than half of that was on one great trip - 1470. I missed 3 - 5 week ends do to work and/or family committments. I no longer ride near home(Southern MN) , bcz of snow and trail conditions I choose to leave the sled at the cabin(North shore MN) so mid week miles are 0 unless on vacation.

Jeremy to answer your ?, YES nearly all of those miles are on groomed trails. Now that does not mean always SMOOTH groomed trails for at least in MN the ride home is frequently whooped up. But we are not having to break trail, cut down tree's etc.

Glad to see so many highmilers!

Yamadoo

I rode about 1800 miles this season all on groomed trails in NE Minnesota. It was a good season for me!
