FIRST 450 MILES ON ATTAK IN U.P.

Just got back last night & this Attak is everything I dreamed it would be for sure!!!

The handwarmers are the only f##k up I found in my first trip!

Kip at Pat's in Greenland told me Yamaha is working on it now!

Hopefully they find the fix quick because at 2 deg. my left hand was very cold!!!

My cut off windshield I'm sure doesn't help!

I think the right side is warmer because of the thumb warmer helping too!

Got 16 mpg the first tank & 14 - 15s after that!

We rode somewhat easy the first 50 miles & then we started running closer to normal the further we went!
At 90-100 miles I felt mine seem a little looser!
At 200 she was running like I had it for months!

Great power, 125 on the dream is no problem at all in a short distance!!!

Thanks Yamaha for building a sled that you have been capable of building for years!!!

Please get these warmers handled so we can totally enjoy what you've built!!!! :exc:

Everything stayed on so far, John!!!

They survived a couple 120+ test too!!!

I didn't remember my camera when we left, so I'll get some pics this weekend!!!

Good to hear about your Attak!! BTW, we stay in Greenland each year around the first week in Feb. We are staying in their cabin the week of the 5th. Pat and Kip are really decent to deal with.
