With a set of flat bars what is around the average maximum riser to be used on a nytro?
Not worrying about throttle or brake lines they are already ext!

RTX or XTX/Standard?
With the RTX and its T-post you have more flexibility because you won't need an adaptor, which adds 2-inhces or more before the riser. Also, if you have an OFT Relocator the bars are about 1.75" higher already.
If you're about 6-ft, you'll probably be comfortable with a 3-4 inch rise, with the Relocator and maybe 5-inches without.

x2 with my MTX I ran a RTX post with OFT Relocator, Flat bars, and 4" rise. I'm 6'. This year I'm going away from the flat bars to try to give myself a little more room to quit hitting my helmet on the bars when I jump something dumb.

I have a 6 in lake effect with flat doo xrs bars. No issues. I also just installed the oft relocate last night and no issues either. If you don't have the bars yet the doo bars are alum with hooks on each end.

If you do not have the RTX model (which already has a t-style steering post), a Muffin Works riser will work great. We have 4", 6" and 8" available. The adapter block will add another 2" to the rise. Our design has 7 different pivot positions to choose from. Once everything is locked down, they are garanteed not to move on you while riding. The best part is - the anit-pivot mechanism is completely hidden. It is a very clean looking setup.
