Flatrock Inn!

I probably should'nt say this but I think all of us Snowmobilers need to know!
My wife and I were at Tughill riding the other day and we stopped at the Flatrock Inn. We Sat. at the bar and struck up a conversation with a nice couple from Orange County. As we talked about how great it was to finally have some nice snow to ride. The owner came over and put his two cents in. Then he made a comment about how stupid Snowmobilers are! He said and I quote! Snowmobilers must be the dumbest people on the face of the earth! Why last weekend there were people up here riding when there was'nt even any snow. Beating up there machines and pounding up the trails just for the sake of riding.
Now I could believe my ears! Who did he think he was talking too? My god calling all of us stupid when us snowmobilers are the most important percentage of his yearly business. I did'nt say a word to the owner in fear of being thrown out and or getting into a pissing match. But I will boycott his place of business from here on out. I guess he does'nt like us so called snowmobilers huh? Man is that something or what?

RXONE, its too bad he didn't bite off the hand that feeds him BEFORE you reached into your wallet to give him some money!!! Some bussiness people just don't get it huh.

Go see Joe at Cedar Pines. Flat Rock is joke. Joe would bend over backwards for you even if he did not know you. They also have the best food on the mountain. Tell him the boys from Fall Brook Fish and Game Club sent you. If you have seen the videos on my web site Joe is the guy driving the groomer down the road in the video. Doug

RXONE, we're starting from Montague now :?: Just want to make sure because Viperman and I have rented one of the little cabins at Tuggers. No sense going to Flat Rock if we are just coming back to Montague BTW if anyone is still looking for a place to stay, Tuggers may still have space. $60 a night and you can put as many people in as you want. Includes heat, bedding and even a small TV.
