TT said:Wouldn't adding a second bov to the plenum chamber and keeping the pressure signal to the fuel regulator in the plenum be the best solution?
That is how I set them up and they run perfect, I still prefer the BOV in the charge pipe before the intercooler though when space constraints allow it.
WOT lol!

Flooding going up hill
Yes Ted is right about blowoff valve and where to put it.
Bender kit is just about impossible to make run very good in mountains.
1- Blowoff valve that has soft spring so it is wide open at idle
2-Bigger the better and move as close to intercooler as possible but has to be in front of float vent pickup tube.
3-Fuel reg. should be put into vaccum/boost with all 4 intake boots T together.
4- hose for blowoff valve in the center of T's and short as possible.
5-Hose for float vent short and at least 5/16"
Other then that Bender intercooler is really a bad design without stacks, Too long charge tube, too small charge tube, Airbox way to big, Then there is no head spacer or cam timing.
Set valve clearance to max do lobe center cam timing at 112-114 for throttle response.
Sell the old pig iron as we call it and get a FX Nytro with my new turbo kit and just turn the key and ride right by all your buddies.
Down falls with FX Nytro have been small gas tank but there is a Tour Buddy rear tank, or bigger front tank, Stock suspension for real steep is scary, Front ball joints are garbage until Yamaha figures out a better grease seal joint,
Stock skis coming down big hills scares anyone that has rode simmon skis.
Good luck and please spend more time before buying your next sled or turbo kit then spending all your money and time fixing insted of riding.
It's like a high matiance girlfriend some times it is better to trade her off before your in too deep.

Thanks for all the input!
I have stacked three head gaskets - torqued with Ted specs. Intake timing is done as MCX instructions says. All hoses are upgraded with 3/8" silicone hoses.
I have a Bosch bypass valve installed in the charge tube between the IC and the pitot jet. Vacum signal to the bypass valve i t'ed toghether with all the carb boots.
I will move the pressure signal for the fuel reg. from the plenum to to the carb boots as instructed Dave.
A nytro with turbo (Powderlites or MCX) is on the wish list. But house, cabin, kids etc. is making me keep the old pig a little longer - LOL. So it was a used Bender kit or nothing.

I do run DUAL BOV on my tpex.
The one that Powderlites installed on my HP intercooler. The other one I installed it on bottom (front of the sled) of the intercooler to prevent any water buildup in there.

I also run the MCX Mitsu that came with the IC and a Vortech Race Bypass on the charge tube in front of the IC

Very similar to what I have

Update:
I moved the signal to the fuel regulator to the carb boots. They are all tied together and I have the Bosch bypass valve in the charge tube.
PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can slam the sled down from a wheelie as hard as I want, and chop the throttle as much as I want now. I can’t get her to flood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guess who got the high mark this time
Thanks to Dave at powderlites and Hurricane for your input!
