LB,
My ignition fuse blew because of a careless mechanic. When I replaced fuse my 03 handwarmer fix doesn't work anymore. The omron switch has a little green light and red light on but the dial doesn't seem to work. Any ideas for checking the switch, at 70 bucks I want to make certain it is switch before I order another one.

What I would do to test the switch is completely remove it from the sled. Hook a low-voltage light bulb through the switch, then power it up. The light bulb should go on for the period you configure the switch for (using the switches and the dial), then go off. If one of the switch's got flipped the wrong way, it could be stuck on the "minutes" timer, also possible that there is a bad connection somewhere.
