Fox Floats - what PSI are you running?

Is the pressure to be measured with weight on the shock or fully extended?

Thanks again.

No weight on the shocks , 65psi front, 150psi rear, Works for me at 225lbs

So with that setup, how is the sled thru heavy stutters and moguls?
I'm looking closely at this sled, if not now, next year, but I want to be sure it rides like they say it does.
I like the adjust-ability but I don't want quality problems with unproven tech.

Well the rear skid won't bottom but thats really a function of how hard you ride. Stutter bumps it does well but I'm not riding any sled hard through moguls. Gettin too old for that.

I am 250 dressed and running snow trackers this year and am wondering if to much psi will make it feel tippy with all that bite up front?

Off the ground. 55 degrees shop temperature.

58 lbs front. 158 lbs Mega Float. I weigh 200lbs. Semi agressive rider.

Works very good. Not fantastic. My 06 GT with Ohlins and GYTR's was as good if not better IMHO.

I don't mogul bash either so I can not comment on that trail condition. Sled not designed for that.

Word is from those that have ridden both extensively, [Mr Sled & others] is that the Standard Apex is better than the SE for ride.

I have not ridden them both on the same day. But having ridden both on different days, I would tend to agree and would not spend the extra coin on the SE if doing the purchase again.

I loved my 09 Apex Ltx Gt, I suspect I will be a little dissapointed with my new SE in some aspects but NOT others? My dealer has my rear at 180 and the front at 85, probably 240 with gear? I suspect I will be purging a little air before the first trip!

You will be letting out some air.

Mine came the same way and it was AWFUL !!!!! I hated the sled.

You will also likely want to take the limiter strap up 1 hole and set the transfer on max or 1 line less than Max.

Thank you for the tip Riceburner! I do think they pulled the strap up one hole and set the it to near max, I will check it out tonight!

I ran 53lbs in my floats I played with air pressure for a season and a half before I settled on that number.

I'm 175 dressed had my 06 dialed in. no idea where to start on my 11 se for psi . 3-2-3-2 stud pattern down middle tuners 6-4 ???
