Free Contour Camera

Just curious but who got a free contour when they picked up their Viper? I asked about it but was told the Viper did not qualify. Surprised me. The Fall Yamaha incentives made it sound like the Viper qualified. Here is the link:

I will be interested to see who got one. I can buy an 8k Phazer and qualify but not a 13k Viper. Something smells funny.

Everything qualified for the contour, the viper just didn't qualify for the financing.

That is interesting. I thought it did. I will be back on Friday to get my camera. Why must the customer be the one to point this out?

If you snow checked you can get awesome financing they offered back in April. 2.99 to qualified buyers. But you do not get camera there offering now. Only get that if you buying outright, non snow check. That's what dealer says and makes sense. I saved flier with offers when I put my 500 bucks down

I believe Spring orders get a bag and a Jacket. Not a camera. As for the 2.9 good luck and hope you applied for credit in the spring. Yamaha changed banks this summer and my dealer told me they will not offer the 2.9 now. Never had to apply in spring when HSBC was in charge. Got 3.24 locally though. Pick my LTX up Monday.

Get the camera in January and a extra 200 bucks from yamaha also.I didnt spring order my sled.

That's a bunch of crap right there...I snow checked because of the financing offer, among other things. It's gonna be an all-out brawl if they re-neg on the financing and it sure would be nice to actually have a sled to finance!!!!

Financing through yamaha is now with Capital One. Do they check your credit when you snow checked? I can't imagine everyone will get the same APR with different credit scores.

That's why I did it also, I called dealer and he said Yamaha card will honor the rate they offered at snow check time. I have a copy of Yamaha ad they posted back in April if you need one. Good luck with sled

They are giving the cameras away because they are stuck with them. Contour went out of business! They are definitely not the GoPro
