The rear wheel kit looks like what richmotorsports is selling
Wheels that screw into the ends of the axels.
If so, do you think its a rugged set up?

about the start issue i usually hold the key on start through the first fire and it starts soon after.

No problem!
The four wheel kit is Turbo Dynamics and it comes with 4, 8.4 inch wheels and it's a great kit. Very nice and well put together and very strong! The one I have towards the back are just stock wheels from cat. My dealer had a box full. And the ones in front where the limiter straps go are from Wahl Bros. And I just described what I needed and they set them up. They are 3 1/4 inch wheels. The smaller ones they have are to small and don't really work. I also have a anti stab kit, that I have not yet put in. But really nice as well.

I don't know what sled you have but the four wheel kit is for LTX or XTX. I think the RTX are smaller.

No problem!! They still have the four wheel kit for the RTX just a smaller diameter. And the ones in the front would be the same as I said. The ones on the rail might be a different size. I can't remember what size they were. But the dealer would know. I have zero hyfax wear!

Hey rtx 4th wheel kit was installed by my dealer he got them from local cat dealer and installed them on all vipers he sold (over 20 ) for $75 his cost. Kit bolts into axle. He felt the kit was a must. I have very little slider wear. Hot start only happened once to me . I have alway started and stopped my 4 strokes with the key and cycle them just habit . ( 05 rx,06,11 apex).

I also avoid the kill and only turn the sled on and off with the key.
I will get 2 more days on the sled this weekend. Hopefully i get to wirk out some of the kinks.
My goal right now is to swap the skis over to the spare 6.9 pilots i have kicking around.
I plan to tighten the limiter strap 1 hole and install an 8dn belt.
