Found a front bushing kit (I think its 24 bushings) at Royal Distributing in Canada for $22. Looks very similar to the Pioneer kit.

Anyone try it? Any good?

Something doesn't sound right there. $22 for 24 bushings? At that price it's hard to believe it's the same.

i called about this kit... same bushings as OEM but they dont have the bulkhead bushings... and anyone that has done...Multiple... change outs on these know that the bulkhead bushings seem to be the first to go,,, especially bottom rear a-arms... so if you want to go back to stock go for it.. good deal, but you need to buy a few more to have a complete kit... cheers!

Are they made out of the oilite material (bronze infused with oil)

Otherwise, I went with a similar kit at least 5 years ago for the front end of my pro-action sled, and the bushings were terrible quality, didnt fit and they were extremely breakable compared to the factory. Was only to install a couple without breaking, then just went with factory.

On that note, the oilite kit is amazing and has held up very well for me so far, with at least 6000 kms and no discernable play in the bushings. Its exactly what these sleds need from the factory, or grease nipples.

I think those were made from cardboard to keep the price down. You will return next year for another set. There reply " Oh You wanted them to work"?

Just give allen a call and be done with it.........
