How much play is "0k" in the front arms. I have the ski off and by grabbing the spindle I can lift it up and down maybe close to 1/8th of an inch. It is on the 08 with non greeseable bushings. It is my wifes sled whom drives it, well, not like I would, so I cant see them being worn badly yet. Just wonder on new how much free play is in them to begin with. What was the spray called you can get to lube them, some kind of liquid that turns to greese, as even on my 2010 there is no greese fittings on the bushings above the ski, but there is on the upper ones. Thanks.

Really depends on how accurate you want the steering and handling....but I would opt to replace the bushings with the ulmer set. Not hard to install, and tighten things up quit a bit. 1/8 would be a bit much IMO. ;)!

The spray is called lithium grease.

Its up to you but 1/8 inch dosn't seam like alot to me. I had 1-2 inches of play in my RX-1 before I replaced them. It made it alot tighter and was worth it. Granted I probably should have done it before then... Its kinda your call...
