front end binding with skis off the ground

I just finished installing Zbroz A-arms and Exit shocks. When the skis are off the ground and the suspension is relaxed I can barely move the handlebars. When the skis are on the ground and shocks are compressed it moves easily with one finger. It seems like when all the weight is being carried by the steering post which causes binding against the . I do have an OFT relocated.

How doesn’t this happen? Rubbing on sway bar mount
