I am installing the Hartman widening kit on my RX-M and have found that all the long bolts on the arms are badly bent, almost to the point that they are impossible to remove. Has any one else seen this? I don't see much point in just replacing the bolts and having the same problem, and this is the place for the answers to Yamaha situations. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine were bent on 03 mtn. I think they bent when I bumped a log and bent the spendle. Replaced them and the bushings when I put lightweight a-arms on. Would bet that arms are bent also if you look. I have 41 inch a-arms on now and thinking of going back to 38 if anyone is interested in the 41s. Like new only rode 500 miles / holtz. Rather have bolts bend than bulkhead.
