Front end clunking

Hey guys, this has been bugging me since i have owned my 2002 Gizz 660. I bought it used with only 560kms on it in 2004 and when i am in 2wd on certain bumps i get a clunk like some thing is loose up front. I have checked for lose parts but found nothing. It seems to go away in 4wd drive but i also notice a little extra vibration at low speed when in 4wd. My dealer says all this is normal........anybody else???...................James

Make sure the u-joints are all greased. Jack the sled off the suspension and with a crow bar under the tires pull up on them and look for looseness in anything.

I'm on a ton of boards and sometimes the best thing to do is enjoy until\if something really breaks.
